Darroze 2002 Couzard-Lassalle (FB) GBA 50% 200ml Size::6 Bottle Case Fermenting musts exhibited dark colours

Fermenting musts exhibited dark colours with spectacular purple hues and very good acid balance

Slightly more fruit driven than usual with the addition of the East Coast fruit

with its hints of aromatic herbs and wild flowers

while a core of driving acidity imparts linearity and length with a crisp

The nose is very fine, with light linden flavours, mint, vanilla coming with fig, almond and toast. Fruit aromas explode in the mouth: with peach, orange peel, citrus. Tannins are silky. Long finish.
