Robles Amontillado Montilla-Moriles D.O. 500ml 2020 Size::1 Bottle The palate is equally tautThe Amontillado is one of the most complex wines of the D. O. Montilla Moriles, a kind of mixture of Fino and Oloroso. First it matures like a fino under the protection of the flor yeasts, then it is exposed to the air like an oloroso. Magnificent hues of amber, the nose is intense, fragrant, with complex aromas of roasted hazelnuts, spicy notes such as cinnamon and cloves. On the palate recalling nutty flavour and a slight saline minerality.
